Čokoladni veganski biskvit

Čokoladni veganski biskvit

Sama sebi sem naredila tortico. In to kakšno! Krasotica je cela veganska in hitro je ni bilo več. V receptu danes razkrivam kako pripraviti biskvit. Kako sem ‘od oka’ naredila kreme pa najdeš čisto na dnu strani.

PS.: Na strani že imam en ne-veganski recept za čokoladni biskvit, ki sem ga do sedaj uporabljala pri mnogih slaščicah. A brez kančka dvoma trdim, da je tale recept veliko boljši, saj je biskvit sočnejš, okusnejšii in dlje obstojen. 


 Za 3 biskvite pri Ø 17cm ali 2 pri Ø 22 cm; Zelo preprosto; 10 min priprave + 40 min peke


 Sestavine

350 g bele ali polnozrnate moke
300 g belega ali rjavega sladkorja
150 g kakava
1 žlička pecilnega praška
1/2 žličke sode bikarbone
1 žlička soli
6 dl rastlinskega mleka
1,2 dl olja (jaz sem uporabila olivno a lahko tudi sončnično)
2 žlici jabolčnega kisa
1 žlica vanilijeve arome

Postopek

  1. Pečico začni segrevati na 200°C.
  2. V eni skledi zmešaj moko, sladkor, kakav, pecilni prašek, sodo bikarbono ter sol. V drugi zmešaj mleko, olje, jabolčni kis ter vanilijevo aromo. 
  3. Suhe sestavine počasi vmešaj v tekočo mešanico. 
  4. Če pečeš torto peči plasti eno po eno. Torej naolji obod za torto, ga malo pomokaj ter vlij 1/2 oziroma 1/3 (odvisno od velikosti tvojega oboda) mase. Biskvit peči 30-40 minut oziroma dokler zapičen zobotrebec ne pride ven čist. Biskvit daj iz oboda, ohladi ter peko ponovi s preostalo maso.
  5. Plasti biskvita bodo najbrž hecno narasle v pečici. Tako da jih z nožem vodoravno odreži. Preostanke biskvita nikar ne vrži stran! Jaz jih vedno nadrobim, zmešam z malo marmelade ter kokosovega mleka in oblikujem čokoladne krogljice. Le-te pomagajo pri čakanju, da je torta nared. 
  6. Opis krem najdeš v spodnjem zavihku.

 Wise-ass corner

Spodnja krema je bila narejena s piksno kokosove kreme, 2 g agar agar-ja, vanilijevo aromo ter nekaj žlicami javorjevega sirupa. Agar agar sem namočila v dveh žlicah vode za 5 minut. Nato sem zavrela vse preostalo, ga vmešala, kuhala 3 minute, odstavila, rahlo ohladila in prelila čez biskvit (biskvit je bil v modelu!). Zagotovo bi krema lahko bila izboljšana. Morda s cimetom ali pa limoninim sokom? Eksperimentiranje me še čaka 🙂
 
Zgornja krema je cca. 400 g jagodčevja, par žlic vode, 2 g agar agar-ja ter sladkor po okusu. Agar agar sem namočila v dveh žlicah vode za 5 minut. Nato sem zavrela vse preostalo, ga vmešala, kuhala 3 minute, odstavila, rahlo ohladila in prelila čez biskvit (biskvit je bil v modelu!). 
 
Preliv sem naredila z okoli 70 g stopljene temne čokolade ter 3 žlicami kokosovega olja. Prelij ga čez ko je že malo ohlajen in ne čisto tekoč!
 
Po tortici pa sem “nakrancala” še malo praženih mandljev ter malin.
