Porridge with coconut milk and peanut-butter

Nothing feels better on a cold and foggy morning than a warm bowl of porridge. With some coconut milk and peanut butter it really is a bomb of flavour – and you can top it with your favorites!

 For 2 people; 5 minutes; Super simple 


2 dl coconut milk
3-4 dl water
Pinch of salt
120 g oats
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup


  1. In a small pot bring water (the more you add the less thick your porridge will be) and coconut milk to a boiling point. Add salt, oats and peanut butter.
  2. Cook and mix on a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Taste. If it isn’t salty enough add some more. 
  3. Put in bowls and top with honey or maple syrup.

You can also sprinkle some coconut, dried fruits or nuts on top. 
I used a bit ground oats. If you use whole ones the cooking time will be longer for few minutes.
