Bombastična ledena kava

Bombastična ledena kava

Ta ledena kava je dejansko prvi recept na tem blogu, ki ni moje delo. Avtorstvo ima moj fant Klemen. Klemen ima podobno kot jaz rad hrano v izobilju. In ko sva se prejšnjo nedeljo odločila, da bi si naredila ledeno kavo, se je začel cel projekt. Ker ne bova naredila le ledene kave ampak THE ledeno kavo. Z domačo karamelo in piškoti in…. Zmanjkalo jo je 1 2 3. Pa še po dolgem času je spet nov recept v kategoriji cheat meal. Pride pa čez par dni še njena sestra dvojčica – v veganski preobleki in brez sladkorja 🙂 Lahko me spremljaš na Facebooku, da boš točno vedel kdaj to bo. Danes pa uživajmo v vsem tem sladkorju in smetani. 


 Za 2 ledeni kavi; Zelo preprosto; 20 min 


 Sestavine

Za karamelo
Sladkorja in smetane v razmerju 1:1 (merjeno s šalčko in ne v gramih)
Lahko si jo narediš več in shraniš!

3 dl skuhane kave; ohlajene
Led
Rum
5 dl mleka
400 g sladoleda
200 ml sladke smetane; stepene
4 čokoladni piškoti

Postopek

  1. Vzemi kozico in v njej segrevaj sladkor dokler se ne karamelizira (stopi). Ko se iz karamele začne kaditi počasi dodajaj smetano in mešaj. 
  2. Mešaj toliko časa, dokler ne nastane gosta karamela brez grudic.
  3. V kozarca za vlaganje enakomerno razdeli kavo, led, rum in mleko. Dodaj sladoled, na njega stepeno sladkor smetano ter izdatno prelij s karamelo. Okrasi s čokoladnimi piškoti in če želiš potresi s kakavom.

Klemen je uporabil sladoled z okusom lešnika in vanilije.

Ruma dodaj po lastni presoji 😉
