This summer I’m obsessed with lemonade. I drink it almost every day. But a lot of times I spice it up with some water from orange flower. It has a very strong aroma (it reminds some people of perfume) and I met it (beside the rose water) in Arab, Persian and Indian world. The lemonade will for sure be something special with it 🙂
For 1 l of lemonade; Very simple; 5 minutes

Juice of 1 lemon
5 mint leaves; chopped finely
1 spoonful of honey; maple syrup for vegan version
