I prepared this for my breakfast a few days ago and knew instantly I need to post it on the blog. It’s full of proteins, vitamins + really tasty 🙂 I served it on a fresh French baguette and it was a perfect match <3
For 2 people; 5 minutes; Very simple
Ingredients
2-4 eggs
3 spoonfuls of cooked chickpeas
Fistful of spinach
1 clove of garlic; minced
Salt or soya sauce (to your taste)
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Po želji: kruh
Instructions
- Mix the eggs in a bowl well and add all the other ingredients except olive oil.
- Heat the pan and add olive oil. Pour in the mixture.
- Cook and stir for around 2 minutes or until the eggs aren’t liquidy anymore.
- Serve right away.
Wise-ass corner
Curry also adds a nice flavor to it.If you have any parsley – chop it and sprinkle over the eggs.
I also added a tiny bit of creme fraiche.
